Account Managers – Northeast, South Central and Midwest Regions
The Awarepoint sales team is a talented group of individuals who have delivered significant value to Awarepoint customers. Current market trends and expansion into multiple vertical markets have created a robust client base and has lead to the need to build a larger team. An Awarepoint Account Manager is responsible for the daily operations and utilization of the Awarepoint Real-Time Awareness System at designated client hospitals. The Account Manager provides superior customer service to both the end user and the hospital executive staff client by continually introducing innovative methods of delivering world-class service. The Account Manager will be the liaison between the client Hospital and the Awarepoint management team.
Database Engineer
The Awarepoint Engineering team is a talented group of engineers who have already delivered significant value to customers, and early success has lead to new product opportunities and a need to build a larger team. The qualified candidate must be a software engineering professional with a background database design, implementation, optimization, and scalability. The candidate must have initiative, good critical thinking skills, and work well as part of a team. Strong communication skills are essential.
Director of Product Management
The Awarepoint team is a talented group who have delivered significant value to Awarepoint customers, and early success has lead to new product opportunities and a need to build a larger team. Product Managers are key members of the product development team. The qualified candidate will enjoy a highly-visible client-facing position in which he/she will “own” and manage an break-through technology solution for an active RFID real-time location system (RTLS). While exceptional product management skills are essential, success will require the application of skills far beyond product management. The Director will be a subject matter expert for the organization, for clients and to the industry, and will work directly with Awarepoint distributors and value-added resellers to define solutions and deliver accordingly. The Director will not play the role of a sales lead, but will consultatively manage solution enhancements/variations in a way to assure maximum solution revenue, profitability and applicability.
Senior Firmware [Embedded Systems] Engineer
The Awarepoint engineering department is a talented group of engineers who have delivered large-scale real-time positioning systems to customers, and early success has lead to new product opportunities and a need to build a larger team. The qualified candidate must be a software engineering professional with a strong background in embedded systems development using C. The candidate must work well individually and as part of a team. Strong communication skills are essential.
Senior Hardware Design Engineer
The Awarepoint engineering department is a talented group of engineers who have delivered large-scale real-time positioning systems to customers, and early success has lead to new product opportunities and a need to build a larger team. Hardware Design Engineers are key members of the product development team, and the qualified candidate will have an in-depth understanding of electronics design methodologies and techniques. They will participate in all aspects of the development lifecycle, including detailed requirements development, design alternatives, detailed design, prototype testing, design refinement, and manufacturing.
Senior Sales Executive – International
As a trusted advisor, sales team members are responsible for consultative solution selling of corporate IT solutions. You will work with partners and the Awarepoint Executive team to scope and manage solution sales cycle. Ideal candidate will have excelled in senior level business development roles especially in the technology industry. A demonstrated interest in international business or international affairs and a desire to complement technology skills with international consulting a must.

- South Central (Covering the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, and New Mexico)
- Midwest (Covering the states of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin)
Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
The Awarepoint engineering department is a talented group of engineers who have delivered significant value to Awarepoint customers, and early success has lead to new product opportunities and a need to build a larger team. Senior QA Engineers are key members of the product development team. The qualified candidate will a technical, hands-on engineer. They will also have an in-depth understanding of the development lifecycle. The candidate must show maturity in quality assurance processes, software and hardware development methodologies, metrics, and test strategies. Qualified candidates should understand wireless and wired networking technologies and protocols, and the techniques used to test and troubleshoot distributed systems.

Technical Director of Partner Programs
The Distributor/VAR Support Representative is the subject matter expert for all product offerings of Awarepoint Corporation for our distributors and value-added resellers. Reporting to the Vice President of National Accounts, this individual will provide our distributors with the knowledge and tools required to sell, support and integrate our location awareness technology products in the most efficient manner and with the highest level of integrity.
