Sensors are simply plugged in. The system can be installed anywhere in your facility without disruption, even in occupied patient rooms and sterile areas. Low profile Sensors plug securely into electrical outlets and form the wireless Awarenet™ mesh network that ensures seamless operation. No site survey or calibration are required.
Tags are attached. Small, battery-powered Tags (less than 1.5” squared) are securely attached to equipment. Patient and staff Tags can be attached via belt clip, lanyards, badges, or ID bracelets.
Track. Users track equipment and people from any accessible hospital-based computer using the Searchpoint™ search engine.

Hospital staff can use any network-connected device to locate a particular piece of equipment or person. The interface is intuitive, offering simple, one-click searching capability that requires little to no staff training. With the selection made, a facility-specific map appears pinpointing the location or status of the asset or person.
An advanced search option also allows search by specific location (floor, area, room) or unique asset identifier (department owner, type, manufacturer, model number, asset control number or EIN). Securepoint alerts and Infopoint reports can also be easily set up and modified through the same interface.
